为了推进双方的技术互换、在指标及意识上达成共识，2017年9月28日，冰球突破与华为共同进行CTO技术互换大会。这次是华为与冰球突破第一次发展的CTO技术互换大会。

在云推算及“互联网+”的战术持续发酵下，ICT行业出现出高快增长趋向、工业4.0、5G、智慧城市对数据中心的网络传输、数据库存储提到了一个新高度。更高密度、更高快率、更大电流和越发幼型化成为衔接行业技术发展的趋向。

当天上午，在大会现场，华为罗总表白了与冰球突破的合作意向和对冰球突破进展，方总对5G网络的根基特点、5G发展的沉点关注产品、总体诉求（四高）进行相识说，之后，冰球突破董事长Grace Wang概括了冰球突破的成出息程和冰球突破的成长快率，表白了冰球突破的企业文化和华为的企业文化十吩祯合。

“盛开、合作、共赢”是华为不变的课题，“求实进取、启发创新、合作融合、感恩回报”是冰球突破一向以来的企业文化。

下午，冰球突破别离在两间会议室进行了PAM4技术演进、高快铜互连解决规划、高快光互连解决规划、高快衔接器解决规划、I/O互连技术演进、USB Type-C产品解决规划、大电流母排遣决规划七个课题的演讲，更深档次地进行技术上的互订互换与进建。

5G时期即将到来，相信不久的将来华为与冰球突破共同助力5G时期。5G时期这是一项挑战，更是发展趋向。相信这个将来将对人们生涯带来巨大的扭转，引领新型智慧社区的发展，将来已来，值得等待。

Huawei-Luxshare CTO Workshop

Earned a perfect ending

Huawei-Luxshare CTO workshop, the first technical event between 2 companies, was jointly organized on Sep. 28th, 2017, aiming at mutual technical communication and achieving alignment in goals and ideas.

ICT industry presents fast growth together with progressing Cloud Computing and “Internet+ ”strategy. Industrial 4.0, 5G and Smart City enhance data left network transmission and database storage to a new high. Higher density, higher speed, higher current and miniaturization lead the trend of Connection Industry.

In the morning session of the workshop, Mr. Luo, TQC Director from Huawei, expected cooperation with Luxshare and clarified related requirements. Mr. Fang, Chief Connector Engineer from Huawei, presented general features of 5G network, key products for 5G development and overall demand based on ‘4-high’. Ms. Grace Wang, President of Luxshare, summarized the company roadmap and its accelerating growth rate. Grace indicated the coherent connection in Company culture of Luxshare and Huawei. The constant “Open-up, Cooperation, All-Win “strategy of Huawei matches with the prolonged “Practical, Exploring, Innovative, Collaborative, Inclusive, Grateful “culture of Luxshare.

In the afternoon session, 7 presentations were delivered by Luxshare team, focusing on PAM4, High-speed Cable Solutions, High-speed Optical Interconnection, I/O Interconnection Technology, USB Type-C Solutions, Power Busbar Solutions. In-depth discussions among engineers went through the whole session.

Huawei and Luxshare are foreseen to jointly contribute to boost the forthcoming 5G era, which is a challenging role as game changer. 5G technology is going to bring radical changes to our daily life, guide and push forward the progress of Smart Community.
